RE-INVESTIGATING ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE

This study aims to assess organizational excellence (OE) performance among selected industrial companies operating in Jordan. To achieve the objective, researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 20 items, distributed Four dimensions. The population consisted Eighty 80 listed on Amman Stock Exchange, employing 1262 managers. A random sample was drawn from 26 companies, i.e. 32.5%. size determined be 295 then collected data and used SPSS for analysis. most important results is OE assessment scored 3.95 5-point rating scale. critical pillars were analyzed: people excellence, operational leadership strategy excellence. main recommendations are following: 1) enhance concept wide spread indicators Jordan so as promote company's image performance; 2) Adopt learning, development, creativity at work; 3) Encourage employees outperform by educating them importance through training courses, lectures, workshops.
